At Natural Elements Active Hair, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality wigs. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items purchased from our store.
Eligibility for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, hair must be in its original condition and packaging. It should not have been worn, altered, and damaged in any way. In addition, hair must be free of any signs of wear, odor or styling products. Returns are only accepted within 5 days when the item(s) is received.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased through Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna or other payment plan options.
Returns for Custom Hair
Salon Services on custom hair pieces will not be refundable.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@naturalelementshair.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the wig securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Refunds/ Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your wig for a different style or color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new wig to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs that have been worn, altered, or damaged. Additionally, any wig that is returned without its original packaging or accessories will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
