We currently offer domestic shipping. Orders ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom orders are completed in order as they are received. Turn - around time for custom orders may vary.

In order to be eligible for a return, hair must be in its original condition and packaging. It should not have been worn, altered, and damaged in any way. In addition, hair must be free of any signs of wear, odor or styling products. Returns are only accepted within 5 days when the item(s) is received. Custom order are not eligible for refund.
